1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Look Swamped ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Look Swamped is a calendar management tool that helps you protect your time by automatically creating blocker events in your Google Calendar. The Service integrates with Google Calendar to manage your availability and prevent unwanted meeting bookings.

3. Subscription and Billing

Look Swamped offers a 3-day free trial period. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription at $9.00 per month or $79.00 per year. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

4. Google Calendar Integration

By using Look Swamped, you grant us permission to:

• Read your Google Calendar events
• Create, modify, and delete blocker events in your calendar
• Access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture)

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

Look Swamped is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed meetings, calendar conflicts, or data loss. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
